What is your favourite WOD or movement?
Anything barbell

What is your proudest accomplishment?
In CrossFit, I would say I have many proud moments- as long as I am improving I am happy. life in general though, my proudest moments have everything to do with my beautiful wife Victoria and our little girl Rowynn who recently just joined our family.

Do you have any advice for someone just starting CrossFit?
Make good form a priority and work hard. Keep pushing yourself just a little harder each time. If you stick with it you will notice big improvements!

What are your goals for this year?
– be proficient in handstand walking
– 400lb back squat
– 300+ clean and jerk
– 225 snatch
