Showing up every day, even if it means I have 3 kids in tow!
Do you have any advice for someone just starting CrossFit?
Just start. Don’t think about it, just show up and do the work and then relish in the amazing feeling afterwards. You’ll be hooked!
What are your goals for this year?
Oh so many! Festivus games in April. Strengthen my grip, work on banded pull-ups and T2B, just to name a few 🙂
