Joined Peninsula CrossFit:  February 2018

Favourite WOD or movement: Clean and Jerk. I never lifted weights before joining CrossFit, so I find it very empowering to lift heavy weight from the ground to overhead.

Proudest Accomplishment: I can’t think of a specific one, but anytime I am able to increase weight on a movement, I am happy!

Advice for someone just starting CrossFit: Don’t be intimidated by others around you in the class, instead use it as motivation! If you come to classes regularly and try your best, you will be amazed at how quickly you improve!

Goals for this year: Continue getting stronger so that I can do unassisted pull-ups and toes to bar.
