Being a teen can be challenging – physically, mentally, and emotionally. The best thing we can do is make our teens strong. Our Teens program is built around two goals: helping young people develop a lifelong love of fitness, and building the strength that keeps them safe and confident in everything they do.

Each 45-minute class combines functional strength training, conditioning, and skill work in a positive, supportive environment. Teens learn how to move well, train safely, and develop habits that improve both physical and mental health – from stronger bones and muscles to reduced stress and anxiety.

Led by experienced coaches who emphasize technique, encouragement, and growth, our program helps teens gain the confidence, resilience, and athletic foundation they need to thrive – in sports, school, and life.

No experience needed. All fitness levels welcome.
