Then;
2 Sets
10 Reverse Burpee
10 Burpee (no push up)
10 Push Up and Shoot Through
10 Jack Knifes
Metcon (Time)
For Time:
500 Step Ups*
Every 50 reps, do:
30 Sec Hollow Hold
30 Sec Super Man
*Chair, Sofa, bench, coffee table, etc. Use whatever you got!
Scale total number of step up to 450, 400, 300, etc.
For the holds, you aren’t accumulating 30 Sec, but working for as long as you can within that 30 Sec.
