Modified V-ups. Show them how to balance on their tailbones with legs up and bent and hands off the floor. On your cue, they will spread all the way out (extend legs out straight and arms reaching back), their return up to the balance position. Repeat 5-6 times for 4 sets.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner AMRAP 7 minutes.
P1: 10 jumping squats
20 line hops
P2: runs until P1 is done, then switch.
Ball Pass Game: everyone sits in a circle. Use feet only to pass a ball all the way around the circle. If it falls on the floor or someone touches it with their hands, start over. If they make it, challenge them to go faster or sir further apart.
