Peninsula CrossFit – Kids Class
Create 3 groups and cycle through :30 stations of:
Standing on knot + holding for up to :10.
Rope pull-ups (3-5)
Put kids back into 3 groups. They will rotate through stations, similar to the warmup.
Station 1: Running
Station 2: Rope holds (climbs if they can)
Station 3: Push-ups
Let them work for :30 at a time, with a :10 transition time.
Work for 8-9 minutes.
Floor is lava (set plates up on the floor and have kids jump from plate to plate)
