Box jumps. You may have a variety of abilities in your class. For kids who have this skill mostly mastered at their regular box height, challenge them to try higher!

Partner Relay

Partner kids up along the line. Each team gets one plate (5-15 lbs depending on their size). Partner 1 carries the plate 5 yards and performs 3 squats holding the plate in front (essentially a goblet squat). Advance with plate another 5 yards, then perform 10 plate hops. Carry the plate all the way back and hand off to partner. Running with the plates is encouraged–it’s a race!

Run through this several times, switching the teams each time.
