Skill
Kettlebell Swing: Start by showing proper set up with the kettlebell between the feet (shoulder width) and tall chest with straight arms (Gorilla stance). Stand the kettlebell up to hang, send hips back with a up right torso. Squeeze hips to initiate the swing to eye level.
