Abmat Pizza Relay!
Divid into teams of 3-4. One team member at a time must carry the abmat like a pizza down around a cone and back, then pass it off to the next teammate. The team who finishes all members first, wins!
Perform one burpee if the pizza is dropped.
rope swings. Tie a knot in the rope and bring a box to one side. The skill is to jump up to the knot and hold as you swing out and back to the box. Move the box further away from the rope to make it more challenging.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Teams of 3.
AMRAP 9 minutes
1 rope swing out and back
Run 20 yards down and back
5 synchro air squats (all 3 team members)
Next person starts on rope
