Warm Up
“Pizza Races.”
This is a relay style race. Each team member must carry an abmat flat other hand down and back 20 yards, then pass to the next teammate. The first team with all member across the line wins!
(1 burpee penalty if the abmat is dropped.)
Skill
wallball shots over the rig. Set up PVC pipes along the rig. Partner kids up and have them toss the ball in wall ball form across the pipe back and forth. They will have to stand up fast and throw out rather than straight up, like a traditional wall ball.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner AMRAP 6 minutes:
6 Wall balls (Over pipe)
6 synchro push ups
