Warm Up (No Measure)
5 roll and reach
5 air squats
100 ft run
handstand holds. Start against the wall, demonstrating how to kick up aggressively. Have them hold for 10 secs. Work up to kicking up away from the wall and holding their legs (if you have enough coaches).
Everyone will line up together and advance together. Set up cones every 5 yards for 25 yards.
Line 1: 5 synchro burpees
Line 2: 5 synchro air squats
Line 3: 5 synchro jumping jacks
Line 4: 5 synchro push-ups
Line 5: 5 synchro jumping squats
Then run back to the start.
Make sure you start all rounds together.
