Warm-up

2 rounds:

30 plate hops

20 jumping jacks

10 jumping squats

Skill

OH plate squats. Work with different sizes/weights of plates to figure our what they can do consistently for sets of 5. If needed, scale them to hold the plate in front of their chest as they squat. Practice for 10-12 minutes.
