Warm Up

:30 on, :10 off choosing 5-7 different movements, just one round at each movement.


Off-hand throwing

Using the same steps as when we learned to throw with the doninant hand, (point, step, and throw) we’re working to find the proper technique to throw with the non-doninant hand. Remind kids to point their non throwing side (shoulder, hip, ankle) to the target. Point, step, throw…and don’t forget to rotate those shoulders!

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

:45 on, :15 rest/transition for a total of 6:00

Partner 1 runs while partner 2 does an AMRAP of

5 WB deadlifts

5 burpees

5 situps
