With a partner, I go You go style:
30 Min AMRAP of:
1 power clean 225/155
3 HSPU (strict if you have them)
7 KB swings 53/35#
At every 5 Minute interval (not 0:00) both partners do a 200m run. Do not start on the AMRAP again until both partners are back. Pickup where you left off.
15-50 Min RT
-The runs do not count as a rep in part of the AMRAP score.
