Warm-up (No Measure)
Line kids up on the turf. Have them work 5 yards at a time. Walking on toes, walking on heels, toy soldiers, bear crawl, etc. Warm up for about 5 minutes.
single arm dumbbell thrusters. Kids will practice individually. Make sure they are performing a full squat and the DB is all the way overheard and the arm fully extended. Practice for 8-9 minutes.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner AMRAP 8 minutes
Partner 1 performs 4 alternating DB single-arm thrusters. Place dumbbell on sled. Push sled 5 yards.
Partner 2 repeats. You may use 2 different dumbbells if necessary.
