Poster Warm Up (No Measure)
-Pick a Row, Run or Skip
-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.
-Vary movements each workout.
-5 min mobility
Barbara (Time)
Five Rounds for time:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
-Scale reps down by 5 or 10 appropriately.
-Each Round of work should take around 5 min max.
