-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.
-Vary movements each workout.
-5 min mobility
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Teams of 3:
30 min Amrap:
5 T2B
10 Burpee
15 Air Squats
(One person completing a round at a time)

(Teams must always have someone running with the plate)
Trade off rounds and plate runs as you see fit to maximize your score. You just always have one of the 3 running with the plate.
