5/5 Reverse Lunges (Slow and controlled)

5 Burpees

20 Later Skier jumps

Metcon (No Measure)

Lifting w/ a PVC, Broomstick, or Babrell

OHS 6 x 5

Press in Snatch 4×10

Tall Muscle Snatch 4×10

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Burpee Box jump Over @ 24/20″

Thrusters @ 95/65
Don’t start too fast. Use whatever you have for a box and if it ins’t stable enough to jump to just step up and over. For thrusters use whatever weight implement you have, even a milk jug. Perfom 1 arm or Goblet thrusters based off the implement you have.
