On a 30 minute clock:

Minute 0:00 to 10:00

AMREP – box/chair/ledge step-ups

On each minute, perform:

12 air squats

Minute 11:00 to 20:00

AMREP – G2OH (DB/KB/plate)

On each minute, perform:

5 burpees

Minute 21:00 to 30:00

AMREP – DB/KB swings

On each minute, perform:

20 double unders (40 singles, 20 hop overs)
