On each minute, perform:

AMREP – G2OH (DB/KB/plate)
On each minute, perform:
5 burpees
Minute 21:00 to 30:00
AMREP – DB/KB swings
On each minute, perform:
20 double unders (40 singles, 20 hop overs)
