-Pick a Row, Run or Skip
-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.
-Vary movements each workout.
-5 min mobility

AMRAP 28 mins:
Partner 1 goes for a 400m run
Partner 2 does AMRAP Cindy
Then partner 1 returns from the run you switch
and so on and so on for 28 minutes.
Score: each partner adds up their total in reps (30 reps per round), and then add those both together.
