50 Knees to elbows

50 Wall ball shots, 20#

50 Double unders
Come prepared to work today. Know the WOD, research the movements. Once all the equipment is set up everyone will run through 5 reps in order of the WOD. Athletes will be put out in heats for this WOD due to spacing and equipment.
