Synchro Bar Facing Burpees
Power Cleans @ 135/95
Synchro T2B/Sit Ups
Front Squat @ 135/95
Synchro Lunges
S2OH @ 135/95
Synchro Air Squats
Rest 30 Sec between movements.
You will have one total score of reps counting up over all movements/rounds. After each 3 min work period there will be a 30 sec rest period. You will have one bar per partnership.
