For Time, with a Partner:

100 air squats

90 KB swings

80 situps

70 lunges

60 DB snatch 50/35#

50 box jumps 24/20″

40 T2B

30 Burpees

20 HSPU

10 double DB devil’s press 50/35#
15-50 Min RT

*30 Min Time Cap*

-Break up the work however you like, with only 1 partner working at a time, BUT each time you transition you “tag” off by both performing 20 double unders.

-You do not need to DU when you finish one movement and are moving to the next one.
