-Pick a Row, Run or Skip

-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.

-Vary movements each workout.

-5 min mobility

Partner A runs 400M

Partner B does AMRAP Hang Power Cleans + Jerks (105/75)

Switch. (Each hang power clean and jerk is 1 rep.)

ROUND 2:

Partner A runs 400M

Partner B does AMRAP Overhead Squats (105/75)

Switch. (Each OH squat is 1 rep.)

ROUND 3:

Partner A runs 400 M

Partner B does AMRAP Double Unders

Switch. (10 Double Unders is 1 rep, round down.)

ROUND 4:

Partner A runs 400 M

Partner B does AMRAP Burpees

Switch. (1 burpee is 1 rep.)

If above is completed in less than 26 minutes, start over and continue until the 26-minute cap.
