Poster Warm Up (No Measure)

-Pick a Row, Run or Skip

-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.

-Vary movements each workout.

-5 min mobility

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

25 Min AMRAP:

Partner 1 completes the following:

15 pushups

20 box jump overs 24/20′

25 KB swings 50/35#

Partner 2: accumulate calories on the machine while Partner 1 completes the work, then you switch.
15-50 Min RT

Score is total reps for the AMRAP (60/round) plus total calories accumulated on the machine.

Each partner works within their own square.
