Metcon (No Measure)

For Saturdays outdoor social WOD we will be going for a bike ride. Meet at 9:00 am at Peninsula CrossFit. Remember our Social Distancing and Hygiene. We will be biking the airport loop/walking path. It is 10 Km in length for your reference. There will be a series of movements performed at specific intervals around the loop.

What you will need:

-Bike

-Helmet

-Workout shoes

And if you have it, or can bring it, a backpack loaded up with some weight. It doesn’t matter what the weight is and it should be around 30-50 lbs for men and 15-35 lbs for women.

Ideas for the weight you use in the back pack:

-DB

-KB

-Plate

-Water Bottles

-Rocks

-Clothes

-Towels

-Etc.

Clothing or towels stuffed into the backpack is a good way to make sure the weight inside doesn’t jump around.
