Poster Warm Up (No Measure)
-Pick a Row, Run or Skip
-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.
-Vary movements each workout.
-5 min mobility
Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)
In 10 minutes:
Buyin 800m run
Then AMRAP:
10 pushups
10 KB swings (go heavier than normal)
rest 2 minutes
in 10 minutes:
Buyin 600m run
Then AMRAP:
15 power snatches 35/25
15 toes to bar
rest 2 minutes
in 10 minutes:
Buyin 400m run
Then AMRAP:
20 air squats
20 sit-ups
