Poster Warm Up (No Measure)

Pick three movements and do 15 reps.

-Vary movements each workout.

Metcon (Time)

Teams of 2 for time:

40-30-20-10 Ground to Overhead @ 45/35

40-30-20-10 Russian Kettle Bell Swings @ 45/25

Both partners complete all the reps. After each set of reps switch work/hold. During the Ground to Overhead the hold partner will hold a plank. During the Swings the hold partner will hold a wall sit. Reps can only be completed while partner is holding either the plank/wall sit.
