-Pick three or four movements and do 15 reps.

-Vary movements each workout.

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
*3-minute rest after each round*
*Unless you have can maintian unbroken sets for 2 rounds this will be heavily modified.
