50′ OH Walking Lunge
20 Recovery Air Squats
The run shold take you around 1 min.
Use any weighted implement you have and hold it overhead for the walking lunge. Don’t go too heavy with this.
Recovery air squats are for recovery. They should be done slowy.
This is a 15-20 min workout.

45-60 Sec Wall Sit
Take an implement from one side of your hips to the other. There and back is one rep.
