-Max Pistols

-Rest

15-35 Min RT

GOAL: Squat endurance

15 deadlifts 225/155

15 bar facing burpees

50-75 double unders
35-55 Min RT

-This is going to feel strange, but today we perform this metcon not for time. This is to allow us to accumulate volume and gain work capacity while without degradation and more control. It may seem counterintuitive, but moving slow can help you move fast. Enjoy!
