You will start to see a lot more of these style workouts where we just grind away for rounds or a certain amount of time. You will not care about your weights, you will not care about how fast, you will not care about how many rounds. Have fun, work hard and get lost in the movement.

2 Bench stations will be set up, transition weight as needed. Share deadlift bar with a friend and change weights as required. Take your time here and REST. We should be breathing but still able to carry on a conversation.

Modify L-Sit chin ups to bent knee chin ups or banded chin ups. Even try underhand grip ring rows. Modify jump squats to air squats if needed.
