15-30 Min RT

GOAL: Create as much acceleration as possible on the pull

-Every rep must look perfect

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Odd: 20 Double Unders + 6 T2B

Even: 6-12 Bar Facing Burpee
30-55 Min RT

GOAL: Gymnastics Endurance
