Power Snatch (5×5 @ 60-70%)

GOAL: Building snatch strength and endurance

-This should be a heavy weight to perform an unbroken set of 5.

-Think about agressively pulling yourself underneath the bar.

Metcon (Time)

2 Sets:

5RFT:

5 Thrusters @ 115/85#

5 bar facing burpees

Rest 3 Mins between sets
*16 Min Time Cap*

-You should be able to perform the Thrusters unbroken, but they should feel heavy.

-Find a smooth pace on the burpees but dont gas yourself, so that you dont have to rest too long before picking up the bar.
