Warm-up (No Measure)
Cardio: 3 Mins
Mobility: 2 Mins
then, 2 sets:
10 curtsy lunges
10 situps
10/10 one arm kneeling press
10 PVC/towel rotations
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
AMRAP 25 mins:
30 farmer carry reverse lunges
30 situps
30 dumbbell clean & jerk
30 pushups
1 min. rest between rounds
Complete the workout with 1 DB/KB. Even out the reps however you like so you are doing equal amounts on each side.
Metcon (No Measure)
6 minute plank.
Each time you break the plank perform 6 burpees
