GOAL: Thruster speed capacity

-Rest 3 Mins between sets

-Although there is a prescribed weight, the weight you choose must allow you to go unbroken for 10 reps so adjust accordingly.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 14 Mins:

8 Power clean & jerk 115/85#

15 Wall balls

40 Double unders
30-50 Min RT

-C&J: Do these in quick singles so that you don’t over tax yourself bringing the barbell back down

-Wallballs: Its ok to go unbroken, as long as it doesn’t tax you too much

-Double unders: Stay relaxed
