Reminder – changes to class schedule: As of April 3rd there will only be a NOON class on Mon/Wed/Fri and there will be a 4PM class on Tues/Thurs.

Max Shoulder Press = 3 points

Max Push Press = 2 points

Max Push Jerk = 1 point
