15-30 Min RT

GOAL: Improve clean threshold

These can be power or squat.

We are going for a heavy single here, but one that you can maintain for 10 reps. For most of us this will mean working at around 85%.

Metcon (2 Rounds for time)

Every 9 Mins x 2 sets:

15 Power Snatch @75%

50 Wallballs @20/14#
30-55 Min RT
