Peninsula CrossFit – Kids Class


Warmup: up-down pushups. Gather kids in a circle in the pushup position. Choose one kid to call out “up” or “down.” When they say “up,” the kids raise to the top of a pushup. When they say “down,” everyone must go down together. If a kid moves at the wrong time, they perform one penalty burpee.

Every 2:00 (5 sets)

One pushes 5 yards down, the other 5 yards back. Perform 5 synchro burpees. Rest until the next round.
