Warm-up
Dodgeball! Perform 1 burpee every time you are hit, or when your ball is caught. No one is “out.”
Skill
Broad jumps.
Demonstrate and remind them to use arms to help with momentum.
Practice for 8-10 minutes.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
Partner AMRAP 8 minutes.
P1: 10 yards broad jumps (down 5 and back)
P2: Holds medball in front of body or on shoulder.
Then switch.
