Metcon (2 Rounds for weight)

EMOM 5 minutes:

1 snatch @70-75%

rest 2 minutes (and adjust weight)

EMOM 5 minutes:

1 clean & jerk @70-75%
15-35 Min RT

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3 rounds:

1 min max calorie row/bike

1 min rest

1 min max burpees

1 min rest
35-50 Min RT

Goal: this is a conditioning piece where you want to push a little harder, 9/10 RPE.

-Keep in mind if you are planning on doing the Open WOD tomorrow maybe use this as simple movement and dial back to 6/10 RPE.
