For Time:

With a Partner:

50 double unders each

200 pullups

40 double unders each

200 pushups

30 double unders each

200 situps

20 double unders each

200 squats

10 double unders each
15-45 Min RT

*30 Min Time Cap*

GOAL: Gymnastics endurance

-Both partners will complete each set of double unders, but for the other movements you are breaking it however you like, 1 partner working at a time.

-Scale to 100 or 150 reps of each movement if this is more appropriate for you.
