GOAL: Squat strength

-Work up to a heavy 2RM for the day

Metcon (Time)

5RFT:

10 alt. DB snatches @ 70/50#

5/5 DB S2OH

3 shuttle runs @ 50′ (25′ out and back x 3)
30-55 Min RT

-The DB weight should be very heavy for you. You will likely need to rest between each side on the S2OH.
