Poster Warm Up (No Measure)

-Pick a Row, Run or Skip

-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.

-Vary movements each workout.

-5 min mobility

Metcon (Time)

Teams of 2 for Time:

200 Deadlifts @ 225/155

EMOM do:

6 T2B

8 Push Ups

10 Air Squats
On 3, 2, 1 you will start with the EMOM. Once finish the EMOM you are allowed to begin on your deadlift. Trade off with your partner however you see fit. Scale the weight appropriate for you and your partner.
