Poster Warm Up (No Measure)

-Pick a Row, Run or Skip

-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.

-Vary movements each workout.

-5 min mobility

Find the Dot (AMRAP – Reps)

-Cones consisting of 6 different colours will be spread about the gym.

-Each colour cone represents a different movement.

-Coach will yell out a colour and you’ll have to make your way as quick as possible to one of the cones.

-45 sec at each cone to complete as many reps of that movement as possible.

-15 sec to move from cone to cone.
