-Pick a Row, Run or Skip

-Pick three movements and do 15 reps.

-Vary movements each workout.

-5 min mobility

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

-Russian Twist

-Overhead Lunge

-Sit Ups

*All with a medicine ball

*Partner must hold a static hold (plank/wall sit/bar hang or KB Farmer Hold) for you to be able to move
-One partner does all movements in the round of 3 while the other partner holds a static position. Then switch.

-You can only work while your partner is in a static hold.

-Rotate evenly through the 3 static hold postions evenly.
