Deadlift (2 Reps E30Sec for 6 Min )

15-25 Min RT

EMOM 12:

8-12 Burpee Box Jump Over

Rest 3 Min

50 Hang Power Snatch
25-55 Min RT

-Hang Snatch should be manageable but light.

-Cycle the barbell well and attempt to perform in 3-7 sets.

-You should have 10-15 Sec rest during your EMOM.
