GOAL: Contrast Strength
-This will take nearly the entire class to warm up, prepare, and execute.
-Get your shoulder warm in the overhead position.
-Scale movements to be more or less difficult based on your abilities and goals.
-Choose either one DB or KB. Attempt to use a KB if you haven’t used them much in the past.
