Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

EMOM 15 Min:

Odd: 3 Hang Clean and Jerk @ 185/135 lbs

Even: 10-15 Bar Facing Burpee
30-55 Min RT

GOAL: Power Endurance

-Hang C&J should be not more than 80% of your 1RM
